Delivery Policy

At My Rose Florist, we offer same-day flower delivery across Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff Times:

• Mississauga, Oakville & Burlington — Order by 3:00 PM
• Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Scarborough, Brampton, Milton & Etobicoke — Order by 12:00 PM (noon)

Orders placed after these cutoff times will be delivered the next business day.

While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, deliveries typically occur between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This may vary during peak seasons and is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions.

For rush orders or large arrangements (50 roses, 100 roses, wedding and funeral orders), please call us directly at 905-278-0000.

Cancelled orders that have already been dispatched for delivery are non-refundable.

We take great pride in crafting every arrangement fresh in our studio and delivering with care — just as you'd expect from My Rose Florist.
