Delivery Policy

At My Rose Florist, we’re proud to offer same-day flower delivery across Mississauga, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Woodbridge, North York, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, and Burlington.

To ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time, please place your order by:

12:00 PM — for Woodbridge, Vaughan, and North York

2:00 PM — for Brampton, Milton, Etobicoke, Burlington, and North Mississauga

5:00 PM — for South Mississauga and Oakville

Orders received after these times will be delivered the next business day.

Orders with specified delivery dates will be delivered accordingly. Same-day delivery is available .

While we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, except for funeral tributes and weddings, deliveries typically occur between 10 am and 7 pm. This timeframe may vary during peak flower seasons and is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions.

For rush orders, please contact us at 905-278-0000, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you require specific flowers, please notify us at least five days before the desired delivery date.

Canceled orders, whether placed online or via phone, after they have been dispatched for delivery, are non-refundable.
