Flower Delivery

Where do you deliver flowers?

We deliver to Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton, Milton, Etobicoke, Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan and Woodbridge.

What is the cutoff for same-day flower delivery?

Order by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery in Mississauga and Oakville. For Toronto and the GTA, including Burlington, Brampton, Milton, Etobicoke, Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan and Woodbridge, order by 11:00 AM. Times are local to our shop in Ontario. Order Pickup

When can I pick up my order?

Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Please contact us to coordinate your pickup.

Custom Arrangements

Can I customize the colours or style of an arrangement?

Yes. We can customize the colours and style of any arrangement. Call 905-278-0000 to discuss your preferences and flower availability.

Where are your arrangements made?

Our floral arrangements are handcrafted in-store at My Rose Florist.

Flower Care

How should I care for my fresh flowers?

Keep fresh flowers in clean water and check the water level daily. Remove leaves below the waterline. Refresh the water regularly and trim stem ends with clean tools. Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heating vents, extreme temperatures and ripening fruit. Follow any care instructions supplied with your arrangement.

How do I care for a hand-tied bouquet?

Remove packaging as needed to place the stems in a clean vase. Trim the stem ends, remove leaves that would sit below the water, and add fresh water. Check the water daily and keep the bouquet in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
